Our Policy
Client Confidentiality
We understand that the people who need armored vehicles often have the greatest reason to protect their privacy. Confidentiality is a core operating principle — not a marketing promise.
Identity Protection
Client names, organizational affiliations, and personal details are never shared with third parties under any circumstances. No exceptions.
Inquiry Confidentiality
The fact that you have inquired about our services, the nature of your inquiry, and all details shared during the inquiry process are treated as strictly confidential.
Operational Discretion
Vehicle configurations, deployment locations, transit routes, and operational details are never disclosed — even to other clients or within our own organization beyond those with direct operational need.
No Public References
We do not use client names, logos, or relationships for marketing purposes without explicit written consent. Anonymous case studies are the limit of what we share publicly.
How Confidentiality Works in Practice
Staff NDAs. All Asgard Armored staff sign non-disclosure agreements as a condition of employment. Disclosure of client information is grounds for immediate termination and legal action.
No marketing without consent. We will never use your name, organization, or engagement with us in any marketing, case study, or reference material without your explicit written permission.
Secure communications. Sensitive inquiries can be handled through encrypted channels if required. Contact us to arrange a secure communication method.
No public records of client vehicles. Vehicle ownership, deployment, and transit information is not shared with any external database, registry, or third-party system.
